Advocate Garv Malhotra is a practicing advocate and litigator with a diverse legal career spanning Delhi-NCR and major High Courts across India, including Mumbai, Calcutta, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Allahabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. He is the founding partner of his own practice, operating under the motto “Justice for All.”

Garv hails from a lineage of distinguished service to the nation. His paternal grandfather served in the Indian Air Force and was honoured with a Distinguished Service Award for exceptional service during the 1971 Indo-Pak War. His father is a retired Brigadier in the Indian Army, while his maternal grandfather was a noted lawyer, and his maternal aunt and uncle serve as judges in the Haryana and Delhi High Courts, respectively. This heritage instilled in him a commitment to justice and discipline.

Garv cleared the Combined Defence Services Exam (CDSE) and received call letters to join the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Department of the Indian Army. However, he chose the legal profession, driven by a sense of conscience and a desire to serve the nation through advocacy.
